I know this might sound like bulls**t but here is what you should know about the Raikov Effect.

The Raikov Effect refers to a self-improvement technique developed by the Russian neuropsychologist Vladimir Raikov in the 1960s. The technique involves mimicking the behaviour and thought patterns of a successful person in a particular field in order to improve one’s own abilities in that area.

Vladimir Raikov would conduct experiments in which participants would imagine themselves as successful individuals in a specific field, such as art or science. Then they would immerse themselves in the mindset of that person, even adopting their mannerisms and speaking patterns.

Through this visualization technique, Raikov found that participants were able to improve their abilities in whichever given field they desired. Who Was Vladimir Raikov?

So I headed over to the Raikov Effect website at Raikov.com. The site is actually really informative and includes a helpful and interesting video presentation that outlines the decades-old secrets behind Dr. Raikov’s work.

Signing up is really easy, and when you get started with this everything is quite self-explanatory and easy to understand.

You just choose the genius you want to “install” and then click begin. It can be anything you want – from turning on your millionaire mindset to becoming an artist or musician and everything in between.

Then, you just follow along with the program. It guides you each step of the way. There’s no second-guessing or trying to figure it out for yourself. I found it to be very straightforward.

For my first session, I decided to “download & install” self-mastery and creativity.

I am regularly writing which involves a good deal of self-discipline so I figured this would be a good way to help myself and test the program. Results-wise I found I was able to crank out a lot more work with a lot fewer distractions.
